This is my rendition of “Breakin’ Up”, the energetic Eurodance track by Twenty 4 Seven, featuring Stay‑C and Nance, released in 1994 on the album I Wanna Show You. Produced by Ruud van Rijen, this classic 90's hit captures the mix of heartbreak and release that comes with moving on from a relationship, all wrapped in an unstoppable dance‑floor groove. For me, Twenty 4 Seven is one of the defining dance acts of the 90's, and “Breakin’ Up” holds a special place in my childhood memories. This new version isn’t meant to replace the magnificent original, but to pay tribute to Ruud’s production and the voices of Stay‑C and Nance, and to spark new interest in their music worldwide. I truly hope it brings back feelings of nostalgia and joy for old fans, while introducing a new generation to this timeless track.
