MISIÓN ARTEMIS II | Los ASTRONAUTAS ajustan la TRAYECTORIA de la NAVE ORIÓN hacia la LUNA | RTVE

The astronauts of the Artemis II mission have been orbiting Earth for just over 20 hours. On their first day of the expedition, NASA woke them up with the song 'Sleepyhead' by the band Young & Sick. Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Jeremy Hansen face one of the critical moments of the expedition: the ignition of the Orion spacecraft's engines for the ascent maneuver and adjusting the spacecraft's trajectory so it can be propelled towards the Moon. They will travel a distance of 384,000 km at a speed of 6,500 km per hour. In the nine days before returning to Earth, they will conduct more than 300 experiments related to medicine, astrophysics, and geology. When the spacecraft crosses the far side of the Moon, the crew will collect scientific data and photographs. Even they themselves will be the subject of study. Researchers will observe how space travel affects sleep, the brain, and also stress, because they will have to live together in a capsule of just nine square meters. #Artemis #Space #Astronauts #Moon #BreakingNews #News #LiveNews #StreamingNews #Live #Spain #NewsInSpanish #News 👉👉 More news: https://www.rtve.es/noticias ➤SUBSCRIBE to RTVE News on YouTube: https://bit.ly/2WtyvUx ✔️Follow us on Instagram:   / rtvenoticias   ✔️Follow us on Twitter:   / rtvenoticias   ✔️Follow us on Facebook:   / rtvenoticias
