However, later in the video, a contractor clarifies that there are public toilets available for both men and women within the new complex (7:29-7:33), and that additional public toilets are under construction outside (7:40-7:45). Despite this, locals and even a temple priest expressed the need for more easily accessible public toilets outside the main complex (6:17-6:29, 6:39-6:45, 9:11-9:14, 9:20-9:32).
