This generously sized vegetable with a particularly sweet flavor is the pride of the entire town. Joëlle, our chef, is offering it to us today as a flan. Easy and economical! *** Recipe Details *** Ingredients: 600g carrots 2 eggs 1 tablespoon of crème fraîche 1 handful of cheese Chives, parsley Preparation: 1/ Peel the carrots, then cut them into small pieces. 2/ Cook them in a saucepan and add a little cumin for 15 minutes. 3/ To make the mixture, start by cracking two eggs and adding a tablespoon of crème fraîche, then a good handful of grated cheese. 4/ Add the chives and parsley. 5/ Blend the mixture and carrots for 2 minutes. 6/ Place the mixture in a baking pan lined with plastic wrap. 7/ Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes. *** Who's the chef? *** Joëlle.
