PROHIBITION filmé en live à l'Astrolabe le 16 octobre 2015 "Oh my beautiful december" et "A sceptical care" pour l'AstroTV En 1990, quatre étudiants fréquentant la même université parisienne se découvrent une passion commune pour le rock subversif, dissonant, libéré de toutes contraintes. Encouragé par les Thugs ou Fugazi qui les invitent sur leur tournée respective, Prohibition créé son propre label en 1995 (Prohibited Records). La notoriété du quatuor bruitiste grandit en Europe et même aux Etats-Unis ou il se produira avec Blonde Redhead ou David Grubbs. L’aventure s’arrête en 1999, après un cinquième album devenu culte. L'histoire repart de plus belle aujourd’hui. Une aubaine pour les amateurs de sensations fortes. Nous les avons accueilli à l'Astro pour un concert mémorable.
