This time, we present a special room tour of the "i-works 5.0 Suga-gumi Model," which celebrated its first anniversary since completion, accompanied by architect Satoshi Irei. This model house embodies the philosophy of home building: "Not just numerical area, but empathy for the quality of space." After a year, the materials have blended more seamlessly into the space, gaining depth and character, which we will showcase with commentary from Mr. Irei. At first glance, it appears to be a compact single-story house, but stepping inside reveals a surprising sense of openness and large windows that frame the outside scenery like a painting. The i-works 5.0 Suga-gumi Model was carefully crafted using wood from Kagawa Prefecture by local artisans.
