La guitarra flamenca de Yerai Cortés, Mejor Película Documental #Goya2025

The directorial debut of musician Antón Álvarez, known as C. Tangana, La guitarra flamenca de Yerai Cortés (The Flamenco Guitar of Yerai Cortés), won the Goya Award for Best Documentary in 2025. This accolade comes on the heels of the award for Best Original Song for "Los almendros." The documentary was produced by Álvarez, along with Cristina Trenas and Santos Bacana, who were present to accept the award. They received the prize from Granada-born director Chus Gutiérrez and actor Ricardo Gómez. The 39th Goya Awards ceremony was held at the Granada Conference Center on February 8th.
