We were introduced by Roberta in front of Val's Shows, and since then I've followed part of the journey of this woman who marked a generation. For many years, many people only talked about Raquel's beauty and the tragedy that ended her life in Italy. But there's a side to the story that, according to my memories and experiences from that time, has almost never been told. In this documentary I share personal memories, events I witnessed, and reflections on the behind-the-scenes of the Brazilian trans community in the 80s and 90s, as well as the context experienced by many Brazilian women who migrated to Europe in search of a better life.
