Hi friends, today we are making one of the most delicious traditional Iranian rice dishes, Gheimeh Polo (gheymeh) which translates as Persian Split Pea Rice. This is the sister dish of the more popular and well-known stew version, Khorsh Gheymeh. Make this with love and care and you will absolutely love it!
