THE TOLLED LUSADA - IGBESA ROAD IN OGUN STATE || OGUN - GUANGDONG FREE TRADE ZONE ROAD

In this video I will be showing another road that was just commissioned some months back in Ogun state Nigeria which is the Lusada - Igbesa road. This road connects Igbesa town, the Ogun State free trade zone and the Ogun state institute of technology. The Lusada-Igbesa road was constructed under public private partnership(PPP) initiative between Ogun state government and some private investors which make the road been tolled for the private investors to get back the fund invested on the project. During my visit to this area I noticed the road that leads to this road which is the Agbara - Atan roadie in a bad state though construction work was ongoing on some section of Agbara-Atan road while at the lusada section the road looks abandoned. Agbara is a major industrial hub as different factories from different major companies like unilever, Nestle etc are located in this area. As a result of this it will be an advantage which will also increase the Internal generated revenue (IGR) of Ogun state if this road is also fixed promptly as well.
