Today's Japanese 3x3 Walk Workout combines interval walking with gentle mobility exercises to create the perfect feel-good workout. Inspired by the popular Japanese Walking format, this session alternates periods of brisk walking with lower-intensity recovery intervals. During the recovery phases we'll incorporate mobility exercises designed to improve movement through the spine, shoulders and hips while keeping the body moving. This creates a workout that feels energising rather than exhausting. You'll increase your step count, elevate your heart rate and improve cardiovascular fitness while simultaneously working on flexibility, mobility and overall movement quality. The result is a wonderfully balanced workout that helps you move more, feel better and release some of the stiffness and tension that can build up from modern life.
