July 4th Meals: Crock Pot Pork Boston Butt, Breakfast, and Chico Fun

Join me today as I start the day off by putting a Boston Pork Butt into the crock pot to let it cook low and slow all day. Once it was in the slow cooker, I then turned my attention to breakfast and got it going. Breakfast was 2 eggs over easy, some ham from the food bank and 4 small pieces of toasted French bread. I ended the day with some of the pulled pork on my plate with home canned corn buttered. It was so good! Simple, easy, and perfect for a July 4th celebration with friends and family.
