Watagans NP Greens Break RD 4WDING - Y62 patrol, Raptor Ranger Offroad - HGT Explored!

Greens Break Road, Watagans National Park NSW. This was always one of my favourite tracks to get my eye in on, now without a doubt it is a double black diamond track. Still very over grown with lantana at the start and the climb out is not for the inexperienced 4wder. After not being out in the bush for a long time we decided to camp in the Watagans and hit a track in the morning. With rain for about 6 hours during the night we knew we were going to be up for a challenge. I remembered Greens Break Road being a good medium difficulty track from a few years ago. Nowadays it’s pretty hectic. A great place to see what the Raptor Ranger and Y62 patrol were capable of off-road. If you are looking for hard technical 4wding you will definitely find it here, especially in the wet.
