CANOEING, CAMPING & HUNTING With Chef Tyler Scott From Camp Kitchen

Tyler and I head out at my favorite time of year, mid-fall to wander the woods in search of something we can put on the table. The weather is near prefect for sleeping under the stars and we take advantage of the opportunity. With warm sun and a beautiful southern breeze we wander the brightly colored woods, searching for grouse, woodcock or any other small game we can find. Our evenings are spent around the fire sharing stories and making plans for the upcoming winter.
