Webinar: Co-designing Digital Healthcare with Rural and Remote Communities - Lessons from RFDS SA/NT

Delivering healthcare across rural and remote Australia requires more than technology. It requires trust, strong relationships, and a deep understanding of the communities being served. The Royal Flying Doctor Service SA & NT supports patients across some of the most geographically dispersed regions in the country. When introducing the Bushlink booking portal to improve access to managing healthcare appointments, RFDS recognised that success would depend on meaningful engagement with communities and internal teams. From early listening and co-design through to launch communications and staff engagement, the Bushlink project demonstrates how digital health initiatives can be shaped collaboratively with the people who rely on them most.
