Metroid Dread but the Items are RANDOM

I used a mod to randomize the items in Metroid Dread! Using a totally different order of progress where items can be anywhere, can I beat the game? I will not assist anyone in procuring this mod, setting it up, or running it. The Metroid Dread Item Randomizer is currently Experimental, and not in a stable state for casual play.
