How I use CELLULOSE watercolor paper (cheap but good!)

Today I want to share how I use my "cheap" paper - the non-cotton stuff. Cellulose vs. cotton watercolor paper is a hot topic especially for beginners, but just because something is cheap doesn't make it bad.
