The team takes lots of steps to transform these bikes from stock to factory. Join the guys behind the scenes as they take the first steps of stripping the bikes and modifying some engine and gearbox pieces! In this vlog, Jon takes us through his process of superfinishing gears and reassembling the lower engine. This helps to reduce friction inside the engine and allows parts to turn more smoothly - it also makes them very shiny! 😆 We also got to check out the final bike builds from the 2025 season, as the boys prepped them for the NEC Bike Show in Birmingham. Jon gives us a quick tour, finding all 3 show bikes.
