We’re just a couple of guys who genuinely love fitness, self-improvement, and having honest conversations about life. The gym has helped shape who we are, but this podcast is about more than workouts and PRs. It’s about discipline, confidence, friendships, relationships, ambition, failure, and figuring things out as young men in real time.
