It's so good i felt like it deserved its own video instead of being lumped in with my annual Halloween movie review. This 2016 film was filmed on antique cameras and film stock from the 1960s even though it is set in modern times. This gives it a truly unique aesthetic that can be very off-putting when it gets violent. I also think this movie has complex themes with many layers and even some self-criticism.
