Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door - Guitar Medley
#papermario #papermariothethousandyeardoor OMG Y'ALL, IT'S PAPER MARIO THE THOUSAND YEAR DOOR!! I haven't been very vocal about this up until this point but this is my all time favorite RPG game ever!! Growing up, I became a fan of RPG games because of Paper Mario on the N64 since that was one of my first ones and being a fan of Mario already, it was so different but I was super into it. I vividly remember holding the sequel, Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door for the GameCube in my hand, ready to buy it back in 2004 and how excited I was to go back home to play it! My expectations were met tenfold and to me, it's literally the best RPG game out there like I said before! It's exactly what I expected out of sequels of this kind. Familiar yet fresh and my god, they upped their game pretty much on every front! The graphics obviously are a huge step up, the charm, the writing and the characters are super interesting and memorable, the battle system is easy to understand with a lot of room of customization for different types of players, the story is a lot more involved this time and there's some pretty dark stuff happening too, the locations (especially Rogueport) are so different and unique and the music is just amazing stuff! I think I like the soundtrack to the original a little more because of the sheer amount of great music that game has but it can't be denied that they delivered with this one as well with amazing and memorable tracks all over this game! Y'all can't even imagine how excited I was to see this game getting a remake and my god, the original game was already a 10/10 for me but the remake improves on almost everything which just blows my mind haha. This is probably the game that I have played the most times in my life too. I haven't been counting but it's a lot that's all I know because it's a comfort game for me and I always have an amazing time playing the game! So yeah, if it isn't obvious enough at this point, this is a HUGE deal for me to finally have played some of the music from this game that means so much to me and I'm so happy that I finally took the time to put this together! It has been around 6 months since the last Medley at the time of this video and honestly, it took a lot out of me to transcribe the songs, arrange and record it all because there's so much going on in the songs but I'm happy that I did it! I hope you'll enjoy my Guitar Medley of Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door! if you like my stuff and want to make a donation to support me, feel free! https://ko-fi.com/lloydthehammer Song List: 0:00 Petal Meadows 1:16 Rogueport 2:59 The Punies 4:03 Glitzville 5:10 Twilight Town 6:01 Poshley Heights Original Composers: Yoshito Hirano & Yuka Tsujiyoko Arrangement by: LloydTheHammer More Mario series videos Playlist: • Mario Series All my Guitar Medleys Playlist: • Medleys All my Guitar Covers Playlist: • Covers Guitar: ESP LTD EX-50 SW electric guitar snow white & Jackson King V X-Series KVXMG BLK Bass: Fazley FPB118SB electric bass guitar sunburst Drums: Addictive Drums 2 Percussion: D'Pinga Bongo Piano: Addictive Keys DAW: Reaper Amp: Bias Amp 2 Camera: Lipa AD-C1 Lighting: NEEWER Video Editor: Shotcut Interface: Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 All copyright belongs to the original owners.
