Li Bai (701–762), courtesy name Taibai, also known as the “Immortal Poet” of the Tang Dynasty, was one of China’s greatest Romantic poets. He traveled extensively throughout his life, and his poetry is renowned for its bold, unconstrained style and vivid imagination, leaving behind timeless masterpieces such as Quiet Night Thought and Bringing in the Wine. In the world of Honor of Kings, Li Bai is reimagined as the most poetic assassin in the canyon. His core mechanic revolves around ‘Sword Intent’ – every basic attack builds a stack. At 4 stacks, his Ultimate unlocks and his Physical Attack increases. He’s not a one-shot burst assassin, but a master of repositioning, relying on ‘untargetable’ frames and multi-phase dashes to outplay his opponents. Passive Skill: Way of the Sword Basic Attack hits grant stacks. At 4 stacks, increases Physical Attack and unlocks the Ultimate. Skill 1: Stupor Slash Dashes and leaves an afterimage at the start point while stunning and damaging enemies in his path. Can dash again before cooldown starts, and a third time to return to the afterimage. Skill 2: Stroke of Genius Removes all debuffs from self and becomes untargetable. Damages enemies in range, leaving behind a sword formation. Enemies that touch the edge of the formation are damaged, slowed, and sundered. Skill 3: flickering flurry Transforms into a phantom, continuously slashing at the specified area. Removes all debuffs and becomes untargetable while the skill is active. Deals area damage, but damage is diminished upon hitting multiple enemy heroes.
