The Wednesday morning peak at the Portland Street end of Piccadilly Gardens bus station, and plenty of action from Metroline, Go North West and Stagecoach, plus Transdev and National Express. Metroline's Volvo B9TL's are still going strong, and we see several along with a Transdev Blackburn Bus Company example.
