Combine CP Radio Chatter City 16

I do not own any audio files nor the picture. Prior to the uprising, CP officers in City 16 respond to a civil disturbance first reported at 6:45. This proceeded as a foot chase through the industrial districts. Several suspects were arrested, with only a couple of CP members wounded. Suspects were linked to a possible resistance movement, but no further evidence arose. The rest of the day went smoothly, with only a minor incident at 23:21 occurring.
