The 2025 edition of the Organisers Annual Training (OAT) brought together Ethno organisers from around the world for a powerful week of learning, collaboration, and cultural connection. OAT ran alongside the Ethno Artistic Mentor Training (AMT), giving participants the opportunity to connect with the broader global network of Ethnopians, building bridges across roles and regions within the Ethno community.
