From Death To Immortality | Poonamchand Kamani | Poornachandra Auditorium Story

The Poornachandra Auditorium in Puttaparthi was the largest pillarless auditorium in Asia when it was built in 1972. It was built as an offering of devotion to Sri Sathya Sai Baba by Mr. Poonam Chand Kamani (descended from the Kamani family, the founders of Indian multinational company - KEC International). Swami would call him "Poornachandra" and hence the name. Mr. P.R.Kamani was a great devotee of Baba and had implicit obedience towards His words. It was possibly the result of such devotion and obedience that Swami blessed Him with the 'Amrit' of immortality. The story of life and death of this devotee is sure to inspire every lover of God.
