【FrogView】カエル目線で見るクロール② 【池本 凪沙】

A “frog’s-eye view” captures swimmers from just above and below the water surface. This angle reveals body movement and water interaction that are difficult to see from above. In freestyle, it clearly shows body position, propulsion, and subtle technical differences throughout the stroke. FrogView’s “Dual View” captures above and underwater footage simultaneously, turning what was once based on feel into visible technique. By viewing breathing, kicks, and the complete stroke motion in a single video, swimmers can improve technique and performance more efficiently.
