How many times have rail commuters heard the phrase 'leaves on the line'? The problem is also now affecting Tube commuters, with major disruption to the Piccadilly line. It’s due to a huge number of damaged wheels, caused in part by the leaves. Our Transport Correspondent Tom Edwards reports.
