This is more of a "custom interior build" rather than a "how to build a custom interior" but I hope you enjoy either way. Back in 2017 when I first got this car, the interior was almost all original, save for an aftermarket drift style steering wheel and some miscellaneous trim pieces. Actually, I’m kind of glad it had the mods that it did, because I’ve tried to get into a completely stock Miata, and couldn’t fit with the OEM steering wheel on it. We built a custom dash, fully suede doors and flocking on the dash, we shaved the vents and everything is awesome now. Hope this gives you custom car interior ideas for your build! Building a Rocket Bunny Miata in 10 minutes as a 4 year timelapse. It took that long to get the car where it is today, but now we're moving fast to make it even better. The car has been riced, crashed and cleaned again. 1992 Mazda MX-5 Miata [THE NEORUNNER] Rocket Bunny Widebody kit, avery bright gloss orange, all that's left is the engine bay. This was a 1992 "Black Miata". All Black Miatas were painted black (no real surprise there), had a tan top and tan leather interior. They also came standard with power windows, power steering, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, alloy wheels and an AM-FM/cassette stereo. For an extra $1400.00 you could get a package (known as "Option C") that included a Nardi wood shift knob and hand brake handle, stainless sill plates, BBS 14" wheels, cruise control, headrest speakers, and an automatic antenna. Separately you could order a hardtop, automatic transmission (why?), ABS, air conditioning, a CD player and a limited slip differential. While the Black Miata was a special edition, it was not a limited edition and Mazda built over 4600 of these. The Black Miata listed for around $3000.00 more than the base Miata and that price didn't include the Option C package or any of the the other options. - www.justacargeek.com By April 2017, the car had the rocket bunny kit ordered and ready to be mounted, I bought cheap wheels and thought I was the shiznit. After losing my job, I had no cash flow available for the car and I let it sit. While taking a break, I gained an interest in Sci-Fi film, cyberpunk films such as blade runner! After getting hired onto my new job, it was time to start the build up again, until I casually threw it off of the side of the freeway. After having a completely thrashed ricer project car, I knew I couldn't give up and decided to rebuild the car. Clean it up, get everything straightened out and looking nice.
