How to create a static grass applicator under 10$ - scale modelling tool build

In this video I will show you how i build myself a static grass applicator -something that I want to do since forever. I think that all the materials needed could be found in under 10$. I can't compare this to a 150$ static grass applicator as I don't have one but I don't think there will be much difference.
