This cake is a replica of the original Macallan house which is featured in their logo. I placed the logo on the drive way of the estate made in royal icing and gold highlighter. There is a reason this house appears on every bottle." - Daily Beast The cake was made with a rich chocolate cake, a generous dose of The Macallan 18, tart raspberry coulis, tart raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream and dark semi sweet chocolate ganache.
