Aso in spring. 😊 I started from Sensuikyo, but instead of Baka Ridge, I went counterclockwise from the Crater East Observatory. The weather was good that day, but I was hit by a tremendous blast of wind and yellow sand from the continent. So, I didn't have a clear blue sky, but I walked slowly up Mount Aso in spring. The wind was terrible, so I hope you enjoy the sound of the storm as background music. ⚠I carefully descended the Baka Ridge, but I accidentally slipped on the way down. 😱 I lowered my posture to avoid the storm and put my hands on a rock, and rolled down with the rock. Luckily, I wasn't seriously injured and was able to descend to Sensuikyo on my own. Even if you take the utmost care, accidents like this can happen.
