Chosen Generation - 1 Peter 1:1-12

Peter sets the stage with a warm greeting and a firm reminder of the hope we have in Jesus. He introduces the reality that as believers in the Saviour of our souls we would have difficulties in this world. He encourages us as the chosen of God the exiles (foreigners) of the world that we need to know the hope we have in Jesus . Our learning to read our bibles is vital to our joy and hope of our saviour Jesus. It helps us stay diligent in the knowledge of the hope we have.
