Preparation :- 1 cup chopped mangoes 1 cup rava or sooji (cream of wheat) ½ cup sugar 12 to 14 cashews & raisins Seeds from 3 green cardamoms • In pan or kadai, take 3 tablespoons ghee and let it melt. • Roast the cashew & raisins • Keep it separate • In the same pan Add rava • Roast the sooji in the ghee on a low to low flame stirring often • Add 2 cups of water & bring it to boil • Add the roasted sooji in boiling water • quickly begin to stir the halwa, so that lumps are not formed • then add the mango puree to it and mix well • You will see that the sooji absorbs water and the halwa begin to thicken • Add Cardamoms cashew & raisins • Add 1 Tbs Ghee • Serve mango rava kesari hot or warm or at room temperature For more interesting recipes, please do subscribe to our channel..
