Colchester Paras' 10 Roman Rampage race day 2025

I recently took part in the Colchester Paras' 10 Roman Rampage event which is based on one of the Parachute Regiment P Company tests. This new version of the event gave competitors the option to do one, two or three laps of a 3.3 mile cross country course wearing boots and carrying a bergan weighing 35lbs or running in clean fatigue. It's a great event which I would recommend to anyone who wants a physical challenge.
