It is located 5 km south of Minsk on the bank of the Ptich River. In the village of Priluki, there was the first post station on the way from Minsk to Novogrudok. In the 17th century, the owner of these places, Anna Statkevich, founded an Orthodox monastery, a two-story stone building. In 1740, the new owners of the Ivanovsky estate rebuilt the monastery into a castle. Another hundred years later, the next owner, Anton Gorvatt, rebuilt the castle into a romantic neo-Gothic palace and laid out a park. The park is home to centuries-old lindens and maples, and silver Italian poplars. Since 1872, the palace in Priluki has been one of the residences of Count Emerick Zakharyash Nikolai Severin von Hutten-Czapski. During World War II, the country house of the Gauleiter of Belarus Wilhelm Kube was located here. After the war, the authorities decided to place the Research Institute of Plant Protection in the palace, which has since maintained the building and the surrounding buildings in more or less decent condition. In 2011, the village of Priluki was transformed into an agro-town.
