NUTRILITE: Seed of an Idea

Dr. Sam Rehnborg, son of Nutrilite Founder Carl Rehnborg, talks about the idea that lead his father to launch Nutrilite in 1934. Carl's early observations led to his discovery of phytonutrients: beneficial plant substances little known by scientists at the time. Carl's work revealed that the different colors found in fruits and vegetables could provide different health benefits. Dr. Sam said time has proven his father right on many fronts: "We've got to take responsibility for ourselves, our own health, the health of the environment if we're going to protect and strengthen our society for the future."
