This is an easy step by step tutorial that is perfect for beginners that shows how to flexi rod weave. The flexi rod set that I demonstrate is very simple and fast and can be done on short hair, long hair, straight hair, wavy hair, damp hair, or dry hair, but not dripping wet hair hair or weave / sew in. The hair I am using is Brazilian body wave, but I straightened it a few days prior to recording this video. The flexi rod set also works when the hair is in its natural wavy state first. I do not have to straighten it before you put in the flexi rods. However if your weave or your natural hair or your sew in are very curly, i would recommend straightening it first with a flat iron to get the best result with the flexi rod curls. I think these curls come out much better and last much longer than when I curl my hair with a straighter or a curling iron, and this method takes much less time.
