Lambretta Cyclone 5 Speed test on the Tre Mari event (Southern Italy) 2013

Testing a Cyclone gearbox with a revised cluster design on a mountain pass in Southern Italy during the Vespa Club of Bari's excellent Tre Mari (3 Seas) scooter tour. The road is in poor condition and none of us had ridden it before. The lead scooter is Sticky on RLC's GP225 'shop-bike' and the spec is : 'standard' TS1 225cc, Cyclone 5 Speed gearbox with a 4.71:1 final drive ratio, Franspeed 'Super Tourer' exhaust, , 34mm Dell'Orto VHSA, Casatronic igntion, BGM silentblocks, BGM front & rear shockers, SIP tubeless wheels, Jockeys Boxenstop front disc set-up, Dunlop TT92 tyres. The camera scooter is Mickyboy's TV250 and the spec is : Innocenti iron-barrel Lambretta 250cc, Cyclone 5 Speed gearbox with a 4.57:1 final drive ratio, RLC modified Gori 50mm exhaust, 34mm Amal Mk.2, Casatronic igntion, BGM silentblocks, BGM front & rear shockers, reverse pull std. Innocenti front disc, Dunlop TT92 tyres.
