El arte de buscar el equilibrio: Marc Grau at TEDxMurcia

An economist and research fellow at the International Center for Work and Family at IESE Business School, Marc's academic interest lies in analyzing how people seek and find balance between the different areas of their lives. He is currently working on his doctoral thesis at the University of Edinburgh, researching work-life balance. Marc collaborates with the IFREI project, which analyzes the level of work-life balance in more than 20 countries. He spends many Saturday afternoons talking with inmates at a prison, his new university. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TED Talks videos and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
