2002 World Series Game 5 Highlights | Anaheim Angels vs. San Francisco Giants

These are the highlights for Game 5 of the 2002 World Series. After a 4-3 close game victory for the Giants in Game 4, the series is now even at two games a piece. Both teams are now playing one last game in San Francisco before the series has to go back to Anaheim, California. Both teams are trying to take a 3-2 lead in the series before going into Game 6. The Giants have Jason Schmidt on the mound once again, who was the winner in Game 1. The Giants hope that he can deliver a solid pitching performance to hold off the hot Angels offense. The Angels are trying to get a win in Game 5 before handing the ball to Kevin Appier, who struggled in Game 2 and is expected to pitch in Game 6. The Angels have Jarrod Washburn once again on the mound, and the Angels trust him that he will deliver a solid pitching performance just like he did in Game 1.
