Millions Like Us - 'In Love With Yourself [Vanity Version]' (1988)

Millions Like Us were an Anglo/Scottish blue-eyed soul, pop-rock duo, made up of John (Jeep) Hook and John O'Kane. Hook began his career as a touring musician for acts such as Talk Talk and Basia, before signing to Virgin's Circa imprint with O'Kane. They released just one album and three singles between 1987-88, before splitting. O'Kane remained with Circa for a solo deal, before being dropped in '92. 'In Love With Yourself' was the duo's only chart entry, hitting #94 in March '88, and this is the 12" mix by Michael H. Brauer.
