It's getting warmer and the season for catching a variety of fish is upon us. The fish I caught this time were in great condition and very fatty, so I left them for a day and made them into sashimi, which was really delicious. They weren't greasy, but had just the right amount of fat, and I thought this is what delicious fish is like. It's not always like this, and I think today's events were the result of a combination of various things that have happened, and that's what made the sashimi taste so good. I'll go fishing again.
