Hi, Our passion for the mountains seems to have given us a new tradition, as this is our third time spending September in the Sudetes. This time, it's Wałbrzych and the surrounding area. We have three videos for you from our stay in this beautiful and challenging region. We'll take you on three short trips. In this part, due to the late hour, we went for a short walk near our accommodation. Our main goal was to visit the longest railway tunnel in Poland – the tunnel under Mały Wołowiec. It is 1,560 meters long and was built in the early 20th century. These are actually two parallel tunnels, but only one has been opened. The one accessible to pedestrians has no railway tracks.
