Now it is time to transform Fans Toys FT-32E Hadid from robot mode into mixer truck mode, and this is where Mixmaster has to stop laughing at safety manuals long enough to become a vehicle. A Mixmaster transformation needs to do several jobs at once. The robot mode has to look like the classic Constructicon. The mixer truck mode needs to feel solid and industrial. The drum, cab, panels, legs, and backpack all need to cooperate without making the process feel like a chemical spill with instructions. I’m checking the transformation flow, tabbing, clearances, drum placement, truck cleanup, vehicle silhouette, and how well Hadid sells that G1 construction-machine look.
