We Won't Be Complaining Come Winter... || The Best Kind of Summer Days || July 2026

Summer keeps us busy, but every basket of vegetables, every row we cultivate, and every evening spent shelling peas brings us one step closer to a well-stocked pantry. Like we always say... we won't be complaining come winter. In today's video, we check on the sweet corn down at the creek, harvest whatever the gardens are ready to give, cultivate potatoes, stumble onto a surprise patch of peas that are ready to pick, and end the day the best way we know how, sitting together on the porch, shelling peas and sharing a few stories. Thank you for spending part of your day with our family. We hope these simple moments remind you to slow down and enjoy the season you're in.
