We’re incredibly honored to announce that Nissan Of North America has officially named our 4D Trainer the MAX PRO! A heartfelt thank you to Joy Rich and the entire Nissan team for believing in Shane’s vision and partnering with us on this exciting journey. Your confidence in this product means the world to us. The MAX PRO was completely handcrafted and fabricated by Snead Welding. Every piece was designed, cut, welded, and assembled with one mission: to provide a durable, hands-on training system that develops real-world skills, muscle memory, confidence, and problem-solving abilities. With 24 years of teaching experience, Shane designed this system knowing that many people learn best by doing—not just by reading. The MAX PRO’s four-station design allows multiple trainees to build hands-on skills at the same time, making it an innovative solution for schools, training centers, and manufacturing facilities. Built from steel and proudly Made in the USA, the MAX PRO is designed to last for generations. This innovative training system is also patent pending, marking a major milestone for Snead Welding. From a dream in a small welding shop to having Nissan North America name our product the MAX PRO, this journey is proof that faith, hard work, perseverance, and innovation can open doors you never thought possible.
