Recipe for salad: 1 head of cauliflower chopped 4 carrots grated 1-2 zucchini grated 1 bunch of cilantro chopped Sauce: 2.5 cups coconut flakes blended with 3 cups of water and strained to make coconut milk OR 1 can of coconut milk juice of 2 limes 4 cloves of garlic salt and pepper 1/4 cup coconut aminos 1 TBSP curry powder blend sauce ingredients and add to vegetables. In the bowl was rice, hummus, salad, and fermented cabbage.
