As soon as she started eating bread and pasta again, she began experiencing symptoms: bloating, heartburn, and stomach pain. The medical diagnosis confirmed her suspicions, but the biggest challenge was finding ready-made alternatives: they were either expensive or had the taste and texture of "paper bread." Attempts with random recipes also proved frustrating: "hard breads, cakes like rocks." Until Ivy discovered Paula's recipes and realized: they worked, they were delicious, and she didn't get sick. ✨ The turning point came during a free GFA class, when she tried French bread: "It was love at first bite! It was the bread I wanted to eat and couldn't find anywhere. I thought: Paula has to be in my life." Determined, Ivy signed up at the last minute, even paying by installments because she didn't have a credit card: "It was the best thing I ever did. Today I can eat whatever I want, I go there and make it, and it's wonderful."
