Glassy Ribeye Tataki & Lemon Strawberry Cheesecake Shortcake | Queen G's Texas Kitchen | FoodTokTV

Tonight on FoodTokTV, Queen G's Texas Kitchen with Carrie delivered a restaurant worthy menu that was as beautiful as it was delicious. For dinner, Carrie made her stunning Glassy Ribeye Tataki, a bold yet elegant dish featuring ribeye quickly seared on both sides before being chilled and sliced for serving. The ribeye rolls were filled with crisp Granny Smith apple, fresh jalapeño, green onion, and cilantro, creating an incredible balance of freshness, heat, and texture. The rolls were served over lightly dressed sweet potato glass noodles and finished with loud ponzu, creamy avocado, broccoli sprouts, Fresno chiles, chili crunch, and crispy shallots. The presentation was absolutely gorgeous and looked like something straight from an upscale restaurant. For dessert, she prepared buttery Blackstone toasted pound cake layered with a creamy lemon cheesecake topping, juicy macerated strawberries, and crunchy white chocolate pretzel bark. The combination of sweet, salty, creamy, and crunchy textures made for an unforgettable finish to the meal. Jeff was on camera duty as always, keeping the audience entertained with his humor and interaction throughout the live. The two shared plenty of laughs with viewers while showcasing another incredible menu packed with creativity and flavor. It was a fantastic live filled with beautiful food, great conversation, and the fun chemistry that viewers have come to love from Carrie and Jeff. 00:00 Welcome and show intro 09:40 Ribeye prepared and seared 23:10 Ribeye chilled and ingredients prepped 38:20 Sweet potato glass noodles assembled 51:30 Tataki rolls plated and finished 1:05:40 Lemon cheesecake shortcake dessert prepared 1:15:20 Final presentation and audience interaction 1:30:00 End of live #FoodTokTV #QueenGsTexasKitchen #GlassyRibeyeTataki #RibeyeTataki #SweetPotatoGlassNoodles #BlackstoneDessert #StrawberryShortcake #LiveCooking #FoodTok #ComfortFood
